What’s Trending in the Real Estate Market for 2021?
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – In this episode of The Real T, Steven DeMaiolo of More Options Realty joins host Abby Masluk to discuss his first year as an agent and what to expect from the local real estate market in 2021.
DeMaiolo says he was fortunate to begin his real estate career during a time when the market was so hot. “The market was great for both buyers and sellers in 2020,” he says.
Despite the typical holiday slowdown, he expects the transactions to pick right back up in 2021. “There is still a lack of inventory and a lot of people looking to buy, says DeMaiolo. “If you’re thinking about selling, now is a great time.”
