PNC Declares $1.15 Dividend on Common Stock

PITTSBURGH – PNC Financial Services has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.15 per share of common stock.

The dividend will payable May 5 to shareholders of record at the close of business April 16.

The board of directors also declared cash dividend for several other preferred stocks. Series B stock will have a dividend of 45 cents payable June 10. Series P stock has a dividend of $1,531.25 per share with a payment date of May 1.

Series R stock will have a semiannual dividend of $2,425 per share payable on June 1. And Series S stock will have a semiannual dividend of $2,500 per share with a payment date of May 1.

The bank’s first quarter financial results will be released April 16. PNC’s annual shareholders meeting will be held April 27.
