Columbiana Warehouse Sells for $1.7M
COLUMBIANA, Ohio – The Columbiana warehouse home to Hemasource Inc. has been sold to a Richfield-based realty company for $1.7 million.
IRG Realty Advisors closed on the sale May 26, according to the Columbiana County Auditor’s office.
Hemasource, a dialysis supply company, has been in the building since late 2018. The company has a triple net lease, according to the building’s LoopNet listing, and occupies all 52,750 square feet. The building was constructed in 1999 and renovated in 2004.
RG Realty offers real estate advisory, management and development services. Among the properties it’s involved with is the Hall of Fame Village in Canton, a $900 million mixed-use development around the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Its sales and leasing arm, Industrial Realty Group, lists more than 90 properties across the country, including more than 50 in Ohio.
The building at 1431 Heck Road was previously owned by TJJS Holdings. The parcel was created in 1997 and split in 2018 between owner Thomas Shelley and TJJS Holdings Inc.
