POLAND, Ohio – Dan Welsh, co-owner of Contagion Clean, served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam era.
“He doesn’t talk much about it but when he does, he speaks with such reverence and pride,” says Bob Simerlink, who shares ownership of Contagion Clean, and nominated Welsh for Salute Our Veterans.
“The bond he formed with his closest friends who served in other branches is evident. So is the sense of honor,” Simerlink says.
“Welsh proudly served to protect our country. It was not only extremely gratifying for him but also is a constant reminder, in our friendship and our business, of how selflessness and service are traits that make Welsh and our business stand out.”
