St. Andrews Manor Gets $1 Million Makeover
WARREN, Ohio — Current and future residents of St. Andrews Manor Apartments will enjoy a completely renovated space, increasing comfort and security.
Brookfall Group, which owns the 108-unit apartment complex at 425 Southern Blvd., invested more than $1 million in the renovations, reports Isaak Volodarsky, managing partner.
St. Andrews Manor Real Estate LLC, which is part of the New Jersey-based Brookfall Group, purchased the property in December 2019 from Avon Oaks of Warren LLC for $435,000, according to the Trumbull County Auditor website.
In March, the company held a ribbon-cutting event to welcome residents to the newly renovated property, says Moriah McCorkle, property manager. Units have been completely renovated with new countertops, cabinets, appliances and central air.
The building itself got a new roof, new security doors and more energy-efficient lighting, McCorkle notes.
“We have added a full security system such as on-site security and cameras around the whole complex,” she says.
This year, the company looks to continue its upgrades with a repaved parking area, adding outdoor grills and a community garden, complete with benches “to make it a park-like environment,” she says.
Occupancy at St. Andrews is 80-85%, with vacancies in one- and two-bedroom floor plans, she says.
