Valley Partners Promotes Louk to Assistant Executive Director

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Valley Economic Development Partners this week promoted Terry Louk to assistant executive director. He will work alongside Executive Director Teresa Miller.

Louk has worked with the economic development agency for nearly 10 years, gaining an extensive background in lending. During his time with Valley Partners, he has worked closely with businesses, lending partners and economic development agencies to help businesses gain access to the capital they need.

He has completed certification programs to be designated as an Economic Development Finance Professional and a Development Financial Certified Professional. He has also completed numerous financial and SBA trainings.

Louk is a lifelong resident of Youngstown and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University.
