Market Street Plaza in Boardman Sells for $1M
BOARDMAN, Ohio – The Adamas Square plaza at 8381 Market St. has sold for $1 million, according to records provided by the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.
The CMG Group of Market Street LLC purchased the property from GLG Industries LLC on Aug. 31, records show. Craig Tareshawty is listed as CMG’s statutory agent, according to documents filed with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office.
GLG Industries purchased the property from Compco Land Co. in 2014 for $1.7 million, records show.
The plaza’s tenants include Bruno Bros. Pizza, the headquarters for the Mahoning County Republican Party, Xpert Designs embroidery, and Sandy Bee Dance & Gymnastics.
