Youngstown City Schools to Host Hiring Event Oct. 8

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Youngstown City School District will host a job fair Oct. 8 as it looks to hire staff across its organization.

The job fair will be held at Youngstown Event Center, 12 E. Dewey Ave. 

Among the positioned the school district is hiring for at the event are substitute teachers, bus drivers, crossing guards, custodians and food service workers.

Interviews will be conducted on-site, according YCSD chief of staff Jeremy Batchelor in a statement. Attendees are encouraged to bring resumes.

The job fair is hosted in partnership with the district’s substitute management provider, Rachel Wixey & Associates. Questions about the event should be directed to the company at 419 725 9299.
