HD Davis CPAs, White Glove Payroll Acquire Churchill Plaza

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio – Tim Petrey and Joe Kilgore, co-owners of HD Davis CPAs and White Glove Payroll, have acquired the Churchill Park Plaza and Professional building.

Kilgore says they plan to renovate the building at 4300-4308 Belmont Ave. into a space that will be used for meetings and other functions.

“We outgrew our current building [in Youngstown] about four years ago and have been looking hard to find a new spot as we continue to grow,” he said.

Petrey says their businesses will share the building with current tenant Southwoods Health.

“We’ve already started working with the township to help make improvements to the Churchill Park and work on a game plan to help attract more business to Belmont Avenue,” he said.

HD Davis and White Glove Payroll employ 45.

Kilgore said about 30% of employees are working remotely, but still need a space to train and collaborate.

“We’ve designed our renovation specifically with that in mind,” he said.
