Flynn’s Tire Warehouse in Masury Sells for $3.46M
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — A New York-based real estate developer has purchased a 153,440-square-foot warehouse property in Masury for $3,466,667.
Aurraoh001 LLC closed on the sale Dec. 9, according to the Trumbull County Auditor’s website. The auditor lists the company’s address as 245 Park Ave. 44th floor, New York, 10167.
According to the Ohio Secretary of State’s website, Aurraoh001 LLC was incorporated Nov. 24.
The property’s previous owner, Insite Masury LLC, purchased it from Brookfield Property Group LLC in November 2007 for $1.76 million. In October 2018, InSite Real Estate – which has offices in Illinois and London – signed a long-term full-building lease with Flynn’s Tire Wholesale.
As of this posting, Flynn’s is still operating out of the space, though there seems to be space available for lease.
Flynn’s Tire was founded in September 1964 in Sharon, Pa., according to the company website. Since then, the company has expanded to include four warehouses, 19 retail locations, six commercial centers and one retread plant.
