Plant’s Herb Farm Plans June Festival
MERCER, Pa. – Plant’s Herb Farm and bed and breakfast will present its inaugural Herb Festival on June 19. Guests will learn about spices, herb gardening and the culinary aspects of herbs.
Plant’s has planted lavender and other herbs in its fields and will offer “you-pick” opportunities as part of its agritourism package, says owner Deborah Plant.
The farm, which hosts events throughout the year, will continue to expand the herb fields,
“Plan a trip to the lavender field and browse the gift shop,” Plant suggests. “Come enjoy a class, a tea or dinner.”
The farm also can host group events, such as teas, showers and parties.
