American Business Center Capitalizes on Shift to Home Offices
BOARDMAN, Ohio – American Business Center is playing a key role in the continuing shift to a work-from-home office culture.
The office equipment and solution provider, based in Boardman, last year marked 40 years in business. Its services include copying, printing, faxing, scanning and document archiving, according to Sylvester Frazzini, vice president of sales.
By continuously adding new technologies – such as digital workflow software, projectors, and interactive white boards – and enhancing support services, ABC has expanded its footprint in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
Looking forward, ABC plans to focus on the markets that have been created in decentralized offices and employees’ ability to work from anywhere. Investments in back file conversion, cloud storage, workflow software, and collaborative technologies (interactive white boards) are on the forefront of the company’s offerings, Frazzini says. Workers now want to have the same technology in their homes as they do in the office, he says, which creates challenges and opportunities.
In 2021, ABC was designated an Eco Excellence Organization, which recognizes efforts in sustainability, social responsibility and wellness.
