LCEDC Launches Noontime Knowledge Series April 7

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — The Lawrence County Economic Development Corp. will restart and rebrand its series of business-related lunch-and-learn events next month.

The first lunch in the new Noontime Knowledge series will be held April 7 at the Crane Room Grill, 3009 Wilmington Road in Neshannock Township. It will feature four speakers who will discuss nontraditional financing options for businesses. They will focus on public financing options for business expansions, purchases or start-up projects .

Expected topics include state programs, regional lending programs offered through the Northwest Commission, the benefits of financing through the U.S. Small Business Administration and local lending programs. The information covered will be most applicable to businesses with 10 or more employees, according to the LCEDC announcement of the event.
