721 Building in Boardman Sold for $3M
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — A local investor has purchased the building at 721 Boardman-Poland Road for $3 million.
721 Property LLC purchased the office building, known as the 721 Building, according to Mahoning County Auditor documents published March 25. The LLC lists a Flo Lor Drive address for tax purposes.
The prior owner, 721 Building Associates, has owned the property since August 1991, according to the county auditor website.
Built in 1979, the 721 Building is a 44,202-square-foot multi-tenant Class B property. It sits on 2.59 acres and has 132 parking spaces, according to CommercialCafe.com.
The building is currently featured on the Handel Investments LLC website. It offers professional and medical space, with suites ranging from 500 square feet to 3,000 square feet, according to the website.
721 Property LLC was incorporated by the Ohio Secretary of State’s office earlier this month. The agent on record is Craig Tareshawty, who is also an active real estate agent in the region.
