12 Companies Selected for ‘Give Small Business a Lift’ Campaign
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — Twelve businesses from Youngstown, Boardman, Austintown and Campbell chosen from more than 80 nominations will be featured in the WRTA Give Local Small Business a Lift campaign.
The campaign, co-sponsored by The Business Journal, kicks off at a special event April 28 at Concept Studio downtown. As a special bonus, a drawing will be held at the kickoff event and one of the 12 businesses will receive a $3,000 television advertising campaign on WKBN TV27.
Starting with National Small Business Week on May 1, Western Reserve Transit Authority and The Business Journal will begin promoting and sharing teach company’s story on social media, TV, WRTA bus signs and the digital sign above Federal Street station.
In May, profiles of each featured business will be posted at BusinessJournalDaily.com and begin appearing on the WRTA Community Resource page.
