Salem Air Park Sold for $1.43M
GOSHEN, Ohio – The Salem Airpark property has sold for $1.43 million, according to records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.
Salem Airpark LLC, purchased the land and buildings at 11718 South Salem-Warren Road Market from Salem Air Park Ltd., and Michael and Brenda Pigeon on Sep. 2, records show.
The Salem Air Park has been owned and operated by the Pigeon family since 2005, according to FlightPlan.com. The Pigeons purchased the property in 2005 for $529,000, records show.
The address for Salem Airpark LLC is listed at 970 Windham Court in Boardman, the same address as CTW Development Corp., according to filing documents. CTW, a residential and commercial real estate developer, has developed large projects in Mahoning County, including Westford Lifestyle Community in Canfield.
