FNB Named a Top Workplace
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Employees of First National Bank, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corp., showed high satisfaction with their employer leading to the bank to be named again a Greater Pittsburgh Top Workplace by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
FNB was named highest-ranking bank in the large company category and is only one of six companies that have appeared on the list every year since its inception in 2011. Results are determined solely by employee feedback, which is compiled by Energage, a leading research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace improvement.
