HD Davis CPAs Again Named as Best Firm for Women by Accounting Today

LIBERTY, Ohio — HD Davis CPAs received placement as the number one firm for women in the nation by Accounting Today.

This is the second year in a row that the firm has been named in the top three Best Firms for Women by Accounting Today.

Accounting Today is a publication that is nationally recognized as one of the top accounting publications. Each year, Accounting Today hosts a survey sent out to firms across the nation.

These surveys are filled out by both the employer and the employees. Information such as company policies, procedures, and diversity are reviewed. They also collect employee satisfaction regarding benefits and workplace culture. With this information, Accounting Today then recognizes the top firms to fill out the survey.

“When thinking about HD Davis CPAs being the best firm for women, for me that means a lot of different things. It means a place that is supportive and uplifting,” Alex McNally, a manager at HD Davis CPAs, says. “It means a place where everyone is treated equally. It means a place where glass ceilings are broken, and women aren’t kept in old social normative boxes.”
