Western Reserve Park RV Resort Sold for $1.65M
CANFIELD, Ohio – The Western Reserve Park RV Resort & Campground has sold to a Tennessee outfit for $1.65 million, according to records from the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.
Records show that Empire Properties 10 LLC, based in Winchester, Tenn., purchased the 69-acre site from Chris Pater LLC on Oct. 20.
The park markets itself as a “family-owned campground offering fun activities for all ages” according to its Facebook page, and provides outdoor recreation such as swimming, camping, fishing, and sand volleyball.
Calls to the park seeking comment were not returned in time for this posting.
Western Reserve Park, at 10580 W. Western Reserve Road, also hosts other events such as themed weekends, live music, indoor gaming, and movie nights throughout the summer, according to its website.
The site includes two lakes for swimming and fishing, a playground, game room and kitchen for snacks, a shower house, tent campsites, outdoor pavilion, and volleyball and basketball courts. There are also more than 150 spaces reserved for recreational vehicles, according to the park’s website.
