Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn & Suites in Poland Sold

POLAND, Ohio – Supreme Bright Ohio V LLC on Tuesday purchased two more hotels on Tiffany South for a combined $7.2 million.

Supreme Bright Ohio of Grapevine, Texas, purchased the Hampton Inn Youngstown/Boardman at 7395 Tiffany South for $3.49 million, records from the Mahoning County Auditor website show. The property was previously owned by H I Heritage Inn of Youngstown Inc.

The company also purchased the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Youngstown/Boardman/Poland at 7397 Tiffany South for $3.75 million. The hotel was previously owned by Midwest Heritage Inn of Youngstown Inc.

In November, Supreme Bright Ohio purchased the Residence Inn by Marriott Youngstown/Boardman/Poland at 7396 Tiffany South from R.I. Heritage Inn of Youngstown Inc. for $5.53 million.

Supreme Bright Ohio registered with the state of Ohio on Oct. 10. Its statutory agent is Capitol Corporate Services Inc. of Cleveland.
