DJL Acquires Canfield Tax and Consulting

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – DJL Accounting and Consulting Group in December acquired Canfield Tax and Consulting LLC.

It was DJL’s second acquisition in two years, according to Debra Rodway, president. The company is in the process of onboarding all of the former Canfield Tax employees.

“Much like our firm, Canfield Tax was a female-owned business,” Rodway says.

Canfield Tax, owned by Kelly Anzevino, had been in business for 17 years.

“[Anzevino’s] company provided the same services as our company,” Rodway says. “We are grateful that she has entrusted us to give the same high level of service that her clients have become accustomed to.”

This year, DJL is working to acquire funding for clients who are expanding their footprints in the Mahoning Valley.

Rodway founded DJL Accounting and Consulting in 2000. The firm provides business advisory, CFO and tax services.
