Yurchyk & Davis Sees Growth Rate Rising With New Services
CANFIELD — Yurchyk & Davis CPAs expects the controlled growth it experienced last year will quicken in 2023.
Sharon Carbon, CPA, says this growth will come from the addition of services for existing clients and the acquisition of new clients through referrals.
The firm has an established team of auditors that has become a leader in performing audits of local labor unions, employee benefit plans, nonprofit organizations and payrolls.
Last year, members of the team attended the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans conferences on Collection Procedures and the Essentials of Multiemployer Trust Funds in Miami.
Yurchyk & Davis holds a retreat every January to prepare staff for the tax season. Leo Raub, CPA, says the firm has spent significant time helping clients plan for the new tax laws and ensure they can take advantage of all new credits.
The firm also has an annual development retreat, which will take place in Las Vegas this year.
Community service is part of its mission. The staff this year will again participate in the United Way Satur-Day of Caring, unloading trucks and packaging food to be delivered to those in need.
