NDC Heating Gives Back to Communities

NEW WATERFORD – NDC Heating and Cooling gave back to its community in 2022 as a way of showing appreciation.

The company provided a furnace to a resident in need, donated to local volunteer groups and supported 4-H clubs.

“We were blessed with continued growth despite the many setbacks the world went through. And we felt it was our responsibility to give back,” says Carlie Norris, office manager.

The company’s goal in 2023 is to achieve more growth that will enable it to increase the amount it gives back to the community that supports the company.

To help accomplish this goal, the company will implement new scheduling software. “It will make our technicians’ days smoother while still providing fast and reliable services,” Norris says.

NDC Heating & Cooling was founded in 2006 by Dave Norris. It offers sales and services of all HVAC services and has 13 employees.

The owner’s three children now help operate the day-to-day business.
