Resource Office Furnishings Expands Storage Capacity
CALCUTTA — Resource Office Furnishings positioned itself to handle increased sales in 2022, says Dale Wynn, founder and president. Updated pallet racking that increases storage capacity was installed at the company’s laminate-case goods warehouse here.
“As many of our competitors struggled with supply chain issues, we managed to position ourselves to be the solution to these issues by having inventory when nobody else did,” Wynn says.
ROF imported more product in 2022 than it ever had before. It now has more new laminated office furniture in stock than any other company in Ohio, according to Wynn. A fifth color of laminate – walnut – was added to the existing gray, espresso, cherry and mahogany.
Many customers recently expanded their use of cubicles or added them for the first time because of the pandemic. This year, ROF will launch its own line of custom cubicle panels, Wynn says.
With sales consisting primarily of case goods, seating and cubicles, ROF buys merchandise directly from manufacturers. The company also offers space planning, design, computer drawn layouts to scale, and delivery and installation. For larger projects, the company offers rental options, leasing and financing.
