First National Bank Saluted for Diversity and Inclusion
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – F.N.B. Corp. announced that its bank subsidiary, First National Bank, continues to garner national and regional honors for an inclusive workplace experience, most recently selected by Energage as the winner of the Top Workplaces National Culture Excellence Award and a Top Workplace in South Carolina.
Overall, F.N.B. has been recognized more than 50 times for its workplace experience, according to a news release.
The Top Workplaces program is based on employee feedback and compiled through Energage, a third-party research firm. Through this program, in 2023 First National Bank was named Top Workplace for Innovation, Top Workplace for Compensation and Benefits, Top Workplace for Leadership and Top Workplace for Work-Life Flexibility.

Other recent honors for First National Bank include:
- One of America’s Greatest Workplaces for LGBTQ+ by Newsweek, one of just 300 companies to qualify for that distinction and one of only three banks to receive the highest five-star rating.
- Top Workplaces in South Carolina by Charleston Business Magazine, Greenville Business Magazine and Columbia Business Monthly. Special recognition was given for the company’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in South Carolina.
- America’s Best Banks and World’s Best Banks lists by Forbes magazine.
