Dunlap Joins MVMC as New Executive Assistant
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Mahoning Valley Manufacturers Coalition recently welcomed Christi Dunlap as its new executive assistant.
Dunlap worked in the banking industry in various roles for 20 years, and then spent time with the Cafaro Co. in the legal leasing department. She has also worked as an assistant in other offices in the area.
Dunlap has a love for building up the community, bringing jobs to the Mahoning Valley and offering support to local businesses.
“My dad had jobs dealing with economic development, supporting businesses and making the community stronger. I was raised with those values, and I always think my dad would be so proud,” Dunlap said.
Among Dunlap’s duties at the MVMC are membership coordination, new member onboarding, keeping track of dues, coordinating/scheduling meetings, creating agendas, setting up for presentations and accounting support.
“Everyone at MVMC is so inspiring, dedicated, knowledgeable, helpful and responsible. I am hoping all of them will be mentors to me,” Dunlap said. “I look forward to learning as much as possible and supporting the team any way I can.”
Dunlap was born in Washington state but grew up mostly outside Boulder, Colorado. After a couple other moves, she and her family moved to Warren during her high school years.
