High Performance to Host 3 Leadership Sessions

CANFIELD, Ohio – High Performance, an HBK company, will host a series of leadership sessions for area businesses.

The Leader’s Edge Series sessions will take place this summer at the Holiday Inn in Boardman, 7410 South Ave. All three sessions are scheduled from 7:30 to 9 a.m.

The first session, “Systems-Based Leadership,” will take place June 28. The session, presented by Michael B. Ross, High Performance principal, will demonstrate how a systems-based approach can drive better decision-making, foster innovation and create sustainable outcomes. 

“The True Value of Personality Tests,” presented by Ray Kuneli, a business and leadership coach at High Performance, is set for July 19. The session will help participants understand the four core personality styles of the DiSC personality theory – dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness; discover more about their personal style; and gain tools to identify the styles of others so they can relate to them more effectively.

“Building Cohesive Teams,” presented by Kuneli, will take place Aug. 23. The session will share disciplines for creating, motivating and leading cohesive teams.
