Cilone Chosen as Future Leader by National Organization
NORTH LIMA, Ohio – The Ohio Health Care Association along with Inspira Health Group recently announced that Joseph M. Cilone, administrator of Inspira Health Group’s Caprice and Elmwood facilities, has been chosen by the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living as a national, future leader in long term and post-acute care. He will join AHCA/NCAL’s Future Leaders program, a year-long program that offers training and guidance for industry professionals.
Cilone holds a BS in accounting from West Liberty University and has worked for Inspira since graduating in 2018. His interest in long-term health care began much earlier. His father, Joseph Cilone, is president of Inspira Health Group, which sparked his interest in caring for seniors at an early age.
AHCA/NCAL developed the Future Leaders program in 2004. Selected participants demonstrate both leadership potential and represent the interests of state and national long-term care providers. The program covers the latest theories and practical applications in quality management, customer satisfaction and leadership.
