Boardman Apartment Buildings Sold for $975K

BOARDMAN, Ohio – Two brick apartment buildings in the township recently sold for $975,000.

Carter Circle Apartments LLC purchased the two six-unit, two-story apartment buildings, which were built in 1979, from S J Ellis Properties Inc.

Reappraised in 2017, the building at 78 Carter Circle was appraised at $296,660, while the other, at 82 Carter Circle, was valued at $268,160. The 4,920-square-foot buildings sit side by side in the Glen Park Estates area, which is located just north of Western Reserve Road.

Carter Circle Apartments LLC is a newly registered business with Ohio’s Secretary of State. Registered through a Warren statutory agent, the tax mailing address is a post office box in Sharpsville, Pa.
