Farmers Announces Additions to Its Board of Directors
CANFIELD, Ohio – Farmers National Banc Corp. on Wednesday announced two additions to its board of directors.
Carl Culp and Gina Richardson will join the board Sept. 1.
Culp, who spent 32 years at Farmers National Bank and retired in 2021 as the senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, has been appointed to serve as a Class III director, with a term expiring at the 2025 annual meeting of shareholders. He will serve on the Board Enterprise Risk Management Committee.
Richardson, who is the founder of Gina Richardson LLC and has held previous board positions with Farmers Trust Co., the Youngstown Symphony Society and the American Red Cross, has been appointed to serve as a Class II director, with a term expiring in 2024. She will serve on the Audit Committee and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
