Aim Listed Among Newsweek’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces

GIRARD, Ohio – Aim Transportation Solutions gained national attention this week by being named to Newsweek’s list of Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces for 2023.

The designation spotlights Aim as a top company where employees are happiest and most satisfied at work.

“Companies who take care of their employees are companies who take care of their customers, and vice versa,” said Tom Fleming, founder, CEO and chairman of Aim Transportation Solutions. 

Aim is owned and operated by the Fleming family, including Tom and his two sons, Scott and Geoff, who are co-presidents.
