Austintown Buildings Sold for $1.25 Million

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio – Two Austintown buildings at 330 N. Meridian Road and an accompanying 4.7 acres have sold for $1.25 million, according to Mahoning County Auditor’s records.

Mystery Machine LLC, which gives its address as 1717 S. Raccoon Road, is listed as the buyer. According to articles of incorporation filed with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office, Mystery Machine names Joseph Thomas as the entity’s statutory agent.

The seller was A.D.E., Inc, which was first incorporated in 1958, according to filings with the Ohio Secretary of State. The most recent incorporation documents show Ted Downie as the statutory agent, and Alex and Tom Downie as authorized representatives of the company.

The sale was recorded Sept. 28, auditor’s records show. 

Both buildings are under lease and total 24,960 square feet.  The auditor’s office appraised the buildings and land at $532,540 for tax purposes.
