Akron Children’s Names Moses Chief Legal Officer
AKRON, Ohio – Akron Children’s Hospital has named Kim Moses chief legal officer. In this role, she oversees the legal affairs, risk management, compliance and contract management at Akron Children’s.
Moses has more than 25 years of legal experience. Before coming to Akron Children’s, she served as senior vice president and general counsel at Brentwood Bank in Pittsburgh. She also held leadership positions at Highmark Health, the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and UPMC in Pittsburgh. Additionally, Moses has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law teaching health care compliance.

Moses earned her B.S. in finance at Robert Morris University, a Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law, and is admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Moses is an alumnus of The Advanced Leadership Institute and is a member of Chief, an organization of senior executive women across the country. Moses and her family are in the process of relocating to the Akron area.
