YSU Economics Professor Co-Authors Research Article
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Yogesh Uppal, professor of economics at Youngstown State University, recently co-authored “Women legislators and economic performance,” an article recently published in the Journal of Economic Growth.
Other co-authors are Thushyanthan Baskaran (Ruhr University Bochum, Germany), Sonia Bhalotra (University of Warwick, United Kingdom) and Brian Min (University of Michigan).
In this article, Uppal and colleagues take a closer look into the feminization of politics and economic growth with relation to women legislators.
