Former Salem Visiting Nurses Building Sold for $799K

SALEM, Ohio – A building that most recently housed the Salem Area Visiting Nurse Association has sold for nearly $800,000, according to records from the Columbiana County Auditor’s office.

Records show that Valhalla Property Holdings LLC purchased the building at 364 N. Lincoln Ave. on Jan. 26 for $799,000 from Salem Area Visiting Nurse Association. 

According to documents filed with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office, Valhalla Property Holdings was incorporated Nov. 16, 2023. Incorporation documents list Addison Fluent III of Fluent & Ricciardi CPAs as the agent of record for the property holding company.

Salem Area Visiting Nurse Association moved to a new location at 2525 Southeast Blvd. in Salem on Sept. 1. 

The nonprofit home health organization operated from the Lincoln Avenue site since 2002.
