Ultium Cells Hosts EV Road Show for Employees

LORDSTOWN, Ohio – A recent event put Ultium Cells employees in the driver seat of advanced electric vehicle technology.

Ultium Cells LLC hosted its first EV Road Show, courtesy of General Motors and Spitzer Chevrolet. Throughout the day, employees had the chance to ride in a variety of electric vehicles, including the Chevy Silverado work truck, Chevy Equinox, Cadillac Lyriq and the Hummer SUV. 

“This road show not only highlighted the incredible technology in modern electric vehicles but also reinforced the importance of our work at Ultium Cells,” said Ryan Miely, business planner at Ultium Cells. “It’s events like these that inspire our team and showcase our contributions to the EV industry.”

Ultium Cells is a joint venture between GM and LG Energy Solution. The company manufactures battery cells for electric vehicles.
