Looped Solutions Gets Investment from Pittsburgh Company
HERMITAGE, Pa. – Platform technology company Looped Solutions on Tuesday announced that it has received an investment from Pittsburgh-based capital growth company LifeX.
Looped Solutions, formerly OhanaLink Technologies, has been actively engaging investment partners to enable continued expansion into new markets with its proprietary communication and support platform, a news release states.
The company launched Looped Fusion Purple, formerly OhanaLink Purple, in May 2022 to safely and discreetly connect domestic violence service providers such as agencies and/or shelters to the clients/victims they serve.
“Meeting victims where they are – on their mobile devices – is absolutely critical,” said Kara Wasser, founder and CEO of Looped Solutions. “Looped Fusion Purple is changing traditional services delivery, providing a new level of safety designed to get survivors and their families the help they need.”
Looped Fusion Purple has been adopted by 57 agencies across 13 states, with nearly 2,000 victims/survivors using the disguised access point and enhanced safety features, the release states. Looped Solutions continues its outreach to secure partnerships with nationally recognized organizations that provide information and resources to domestic violence service providers and individuals in abusive situations who are seeking assistance.
“Our partnership with LifeX Global will assist our organization with short-term product iteration, operations and sales initiatives, while also positioning us to engage with other venture firms that share our mission and support tech for good,” Wasser said.
“The LifeX Ventures team is honored to support the mission of Looped Solutions and Looped Fusion Purple,” said Gerald Vardzel, CEO of LifeX Global. “We look forward to continuing to advance access to innovative technologies that provide support to the people who need it most.”
