11 Burgan Real Estate Agents Achieve Designation

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Burgan Real Estate recently announced that 11 of its agents have achieved the designation of Accredited Buyer’s Representatives. 

“With recent legislation and legal cases changing the landscape of how buyers and sellers can sell their homes, Burgan Real Estate is committed to finding a better way to represent our clients,” said Patrick Burgan, broker and co-owner of Burgan Real Estate. “The ABR designation is only given to Realtors capable of representing buyers throughout the entire home-buying process.”

To achieve the designation, agents are required to complete a variety of educational courses, be in good standing in multiple trade organizations – including the National Association of Realtors – and complete a formal exam and documentation showing five completed transactions in which the agent acted solely as a buyer representative.

The 11 agents achieving the designation are Karen Ament, Haley Beachler, Melissa Birmingham, Martin Dunham, Lisa Goclano, Brett Green, Traci Hardy, Megan Martini, Terra O’Brien, Rhonda Rance and Joan Zarlenga.

“These agents are each committed to providing the very best service to their buyers, which is a more important consideration than ever in light of recent industry changes affecting buyers that went into effect in August,” Burgan said.
