Information Session to Explain Hidden Cost of Entrepreneurship

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – An information session will be held Oct. 16 to explain how failing to comply with essential regulations can cost business owners more than just money.

The free Hidden Cost of Entrepreneurship session, hosted by the Ohio Department of Development Minority Business Assistance Center, its Youngstown/Warren regional office and the Youngstown Business Incubator, will take place from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Brite Energy Innovators, 125 W. Market St., Warren.

Tanisha Wheeler, Minority Business Assistance Center regional director, is encouraging all entrepreneurs to attend the session.

“We are working diligently to ensure that small business owners in our region have access to up-to-date information regarding their businesses. This event is just one element of the work we do every day,” Wheeler said. “We are excited to share pertinent information, updates and changes coming down the pipeline. We specifically hope business owners will attend to learn more about the Beneficial Ownership Information, which will begin to affect companies in the coming year.”
