Melinda Miletta-Miller, CEO of Bolt Construction Inc., has been contributing to the company’s success in the oil, gas, and hydrant fueling industries since she joined the company in 1996. In 2010, Melinda became a partner and a third-generation owner of the business. Most recently, Melinda proudly transitioned Bolt Construction into a woman-owned business.
Outside of the office, Melinda is a passionate community advocate, particularly dedicated to children’s causes. Using her platform and position, Melinda strives to ensure children in the Mahoning Valley have access to education and essential resources.
