Meander Golf Course Auction Concludes with $302K Bid
NORTH JACKSON, Ohio – The online auction for the Meander Golf Course, 9889 New Road, has concluded.
The opening bid on ByceOnline.com was $90,000, and the winning bid was $302,000, plus a 10 percent premium.
The buyer has 45 days to complete the sale. The intended future use for the property has not been disclosed.
The 44.9 acre, nine-hole golf course opened in 1968. The property features a 1,152-square-foot clubhouse, a newer support building, a putting green and ponds.
