Schaedler Yesco Wins 2024 Top Workplaces Awards
Schaedler Yesco Distribution has been named a 2024 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence winner in three categories: Employee Appreciation, Employee Well-Being, and Professional Development. This recognition comes from Energage, a company that surveys and highlights people-first organizations across the country.
The Harrisburg-based company has a history of being recognized for its workplace culture, previously earning the title of Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania 16 times. However, this new recognition expands its reach, allowing all employees, not just those in Pennsylvania, to participate in the national program.
“This designation is significant for us because the voices of our team members directly drive the award,” explained Farrah Mittel, president. “While we’re proud being a 16-time winner as a Best Place to Work in PA, Top Workplaces allowed our entire employee base, not just those in Pennsylvania, to provide feedback for this national program.”
Energage CEO Eric Rubino emphasized the importance of the award’s employee-driven nature. “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor, especially because it comes authentically from employees,” he said.
The Top Workplaces program, now in its 17th year, surveys companies across 60 regional markets, focusing on people-centered workplace cultures. Schaedler Yesco’s recognition in the Employee Appreciation category highlights the company’s commitment to valuing its workforce, while the Employee Well-Being award acknowledges its focus on health and wellness. The Professional Development category recognizes the company’s emphasis on career growth and development for its employees.
“As we continue to grow, it’s critical that we provide the tools and support our team members need to thrive,” said Director of Human Resources Emily Schaffer. “This designation reinforces our commitment to our employees — both current and future.”
