YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Rust Belt Theater Company will present Krampusnacht: An Immersive Masquerade on Saturday, Dec. 7, at its theater at 221 Belmont Ave., inside Club Switch.
Doors will open at 8 p.m.
The spooky, candlelit evening will feature live music, performance art, vendors, burlesque, tarot card readings, giveaways and food, all inspired by the spirits of dark winter folklore. Actors will be dressed as the many ghosts of Christmas past.
Patrons will be asked to participate in an interactive scavenger hunt, tracking down cryptids, solving riddles, tasting treats and collecting prizes.
Audience members are encouraged to wear their favorite masquerade attire. Masks will be available at the door for patrons, free of charge.
The evening will culminate in a visit from Krampus, the horrible Christmas season demon of lore.
Admission is $10, and reservations are not necessary.
Performers include Bernadette Lim, Lisa Torrence, Rachel Clifford, Alex Kluchar, Rick Morrow, Keith Stepanic, Robert Dennick Joki, Brooke Jonas, Diane Marie, Alex Fuda, Vicci Sfikas and several more.
