Eddy Elected to Second Term as ADAEO President
VIENNA TOWNSHIP, Ohio – Chuck Eddy has been re-elected president of the board of trustees of the Automobile Dealers Association of Eastern Ohio, the association announced. The association represents car and truck dealers in Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties.
Eddy owns Bob & Chuck Eddy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Bob & Chuck Eddy Fiat in Austintown, and Bob & Chuck Eddy Cadillac Chevrolet Buick and Bob & Chuck Eddy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Grove City, Pa.
Eddy is the second member of his family to serve as ADAEO board president. He father, Bob, served in the post from 1982-83. He joined the car business in 1973, pushing a broom around the former Austintown Chrysler Plymouth Imperial, which his father founded in 1969.
Also re-elected as officers were Tom Cole of Cole-Valley Cadillac in Warren as vice president and Tom Levak of Mark Thomas Ford in Cortland as treasurer. Elected to new three-year terms as members of ADAEO’s board of trustees were Russell Banks of R.D. Banks Chevrolet in Champion and Bob Davis of Fairway Ford in Canfield.
Others serving on the board are John Kufleitner of Columbiana Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Salem Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Bill Sims of Sims Buick GMC Nissan in Warren, and Doug Sweeney of Sweeney Buick GMC and Sweeney Chevrolet in Boardman.
