Cuffle Qualifies for Mortgage Planning Certification
Ryan Cuffle, a mortgage banker with Top Flite Financial Inc., Boardman, has passed the qualifying exams to earn the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation. The curriculum incorporates five essential skill sets. “CMPS certification helps me to compare loan options for borrowers in the context of their overall financial situation,” Cuffle says. “Inventory levels are low and homebuyers are prone to making quick decisions without thinking through all the implications.”
