Lowry to Direct CFMV’s Healthy Community Partnership
The Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley has added Sarah Lowry to its staff as director of the Healthy Community Partnership-Mahoning Valley, a new position created to advance the work of the partnership. The Healthy Community Partnership is a collaboration formalized last year with a long-term goal to improve health outcomes in Mahoning and Trumbull counties, Lowry is responsible for the growth of the partnership as it works to create equitable opportunities for health in the region. In her most recent position as regional representative for U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, she connected nonprofits, businesses and local governments with federal resources.
