Organizers Set Jan. 22 for Next TEDx

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – Organizers have set Jan. 22, 2016 as the date for the third annual TEDx Youngstown.

The planning committee for the event is working to finalize its location and theme, and in the upcoming months will seek event sponsors and speakers, and prepare to sell tickets.

“We are extremely excited to be planning our third full-day event,” said Lori Shandor, curator for TEDxYoungtown and gift planning/campaign director at Park Vista of Youngstown. As plans unfold, information will be updated on the TEDxYoungstown Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as the event’s website.

For anyone interested in speaking at the 2016 event, online applications will be available later this month and open casting calls will be held in early July.

Tickets to attend the event will go on sale in August.
