Boardman Red Roof Inn Sells for $2.25M
POLAND, Ohio – The Red Roof Inn at 1051 Tiffany South has been sold to Boardman Hospitality LLC for more than $2 million.
According to the Mahoning County Auditor’s office, BW RRI IV LLC sold the motel to Michigan-based Boardman Hospitality on Aug. 3 for $2,250,000.
According to records, the Red Roof Inn was constructed in 1997 and the latest appraisal assessed its market value at $3,313,280. The auditor’s website lists the property’s market land value at $643,500 and the improvement value at $2,669,780.
Information provided by the auditor’s office lists Boardman Hospitality LLC as an entity based in Warren, Mich. The auditor’s website does not list any additional holdings by the group in Mahoning County.
The company was registered in May 2018 and lists Sahir Malki as the sole incorporator.
