Coviello Named President of Chamber Foundation

Guy Coviello has been promoted to president of the Regional Chamber Foundation. He joined the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber in 2014 as the agency’s vice president of government affairs. The foundation is a 501(c)(3) that serves as the chamber’s supporting organization. In the past few years, it has been involved in supporting new programming in workforce development, military affairs and improvements to commercial corridors. “As a member of the Regional Chamber’s senior leadership team, the foundation president is responsible for leading a development program that consists of three major efforts: development operations, individual giving — including a robust digital program– and corporate giving,” says the chamber’s president and CEO, James Dignan. Earlier this year, Gov. John Kasich named Coviello to the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission. Before joining the chamber, Coviello spent 30 years at the Warren Tribune-Chronicle as a reporter and editor.
