PNC Financial Services Group has increased the number of directors on its board to 14 and appointed three new members: Toni Townes-Whitley (pictured), Joseph Alvarado and Richard Harshman. Alvardo is the former chairman, president and CEO of Commercial Metals Co. Harshman is the chairman of Allegheny Technologies, where he previously served as president and CEO. Townes-Whitley is an executive at Microsoft Corp. where she is president of U.S. regulated industries.
